# Add members

> Invite your volunteers into your Benevolus organisation, one by one or with an invite link, and track who has activated their account.

Your volunteers must belong to your organisation before they can sign up for a time slot. Everything happens in the **Members** tab.

  You must be an **organiser** of the organisation.

  <Step title="Open the Members tab">
    From your organisation, open the **Members** tab. It lists all your volunteers, with their team, their time slots and their hours.

  <Step title="Invite one person">
    Click **Invite a member**, fill in the **first name**, the **last name** and the **email address**, then click **Send invitation**. The person receives an email to set their password and join your organisation.

  <Step title="Or share an invite link">
    Click **Invite link** to get a link you can share, for example in a group chat or a newsletter. Anyone who opens it joins your organisation. Choose how long it stays valid under **Modify duration**, or click **Cancel link** to disable it.

  <Step title="Track activations">
    Until someone activates their account, their card shows a **Pending** badge. Open the menu on their card, then click **Resend invitation** to send the email again.
