# Imprimer les plannings

> Imprimez le planning PDF d'un poste, ou de tous les postes d'un événement, à afficher le jour J.

Le planning est un PDF récapitulatif d'un poste : ses créneaux, les bénévoles inscrits et les responsables. Imprimez-le pour l'afficher à chaque poste le jour de l'événement.

  Réservé aux **organisateurs**. Le planning reprend les créneaux et les inscriptions du poste au moment de la génération.

  <Step title="Imprimer le planning d'un poste">
    Ouvrez le poste, cliquez sur **Actions**, puis sur **Imprimer le planning**. Le PDF se télécharge.

  <Step title="Imprimer tous les plannings de l'événement">
    Pour tout imprimer d'un coup, ouvrez l'onglet **Postes** de l'événement, cliquez sur **Actions**, puis sur **Imprimer les plannings**. Vous obtenez un seul PDF, **un poste par page**.

<Tip>
  Le planning est en **lecture seule** : il liste les inscrits mais ne remplace pas la gestion des présences. Les noms des bénévoles s'ajoutent au fil des inscriptions. Réimprimez le planning pour une version à jour.
