An event stays a draft until you publish it. Publishing makes it visible to volunteers and triggers billing where applicable, depending on your mode.
You must be an organiser. Set up your posts and time slots before publishing: while the event is a draft, it is neither visible to volunteers nor billed.

Publish your event

1

Open the event

From your organisation, in the Events tab, open the event you want to publish.
2

Click Publish event

At the top of the event page, click Publish event. A summary appears before anything is confirmed.
3

Check the cost, then confirm

The summary shows the number of planned assignments and the cost for your mode. Click Publish to confirm, or Cancel to keep it as a draft.

What publishing costs

The amount shown depends on your mode (details in Plans and pricing):
  • Pay-as-you-go: free up to 25 assignments. Beyond that, the price follows the degressive curve and an invoice is issued on publish.
  • Annual bundle: publishing draws from your pool. As long as assignments remain, it is free; beyond that, the overage is billed at your tier’s reduced rate.
  • Unlimited: publishing is always free.
Assignments added after publishing. Once the event is published, each new assignment (a volunteer signing up) is billed as a supplement. The rate depends on the event size (3 CHF per assignment up to 100, 2 CHF from 101 to 300, 1 CHF beyond) and is shown in the publish dialog.
Nothing is billed while the event is a draft. You can adjust your posts and time slots as much as you need before publishing.
