On the day, the volunteer confirms the hand-over on their phone, as you give them the item. At the stand, you have nothing to tick: you read their screen.

At the stand

1

The volunteer opens their coupon

In the event, My space tab, they tap the perk’s coupon. The coupon shows the perk, their name and the pickup location.

2

They swipe in front of you

While you hand over the item, they drag the Swipe to confirm bar all the way to the end.
3

You check the green screen

The screen turns green, with the perk, the volunteer’s name and the time ticking by the second. Check that it is your item and that the time moves: a screenshot stays frozen.

The hand-over confirmed: the time ticks by the second

If the screen shows the Already received stamp with a date and time, this unit has already been handed over: do not give the item a second time.

Track the hand-overs

Tracking is reserved for the organisation’s Coordinators and Responsibles.
In the Perks tab, click Tracking under a perk. The table lists the volunteers concerned, their counter and their status:
  • To unlock: the threshold is not reached yet.
  • Available: the volunteer can pick it up.
  • Redeemed: it has been handed over.
  • Not picked up: the pickup deadline passed without a hand-over.

Hand over for a volunteer without a smartphone

On the row of an Available volunteer, click Redeem at the moment of the hand-over. The tracking shows “handed over by” followed by your name.

Cancel a hand-over

A mistake? Open the actions menu (⋮) of the row, choose Cancel the hand-over of …, then confirm. The unit can be handed over again.

Export the tracking

In the Perks tab, Actions menu, click Export. You download an Excel workbook with one row per perk and per volunteer: email, clothing size, counter, status and hand-over dates. Handy to prepare your order or keep a backup list.
